Nvisioning the future of journalism
More than 150 top journalists, media managers and academics came together March 30, 2009 at the Newseum for a day-long symposium and conversation on the future of news. Some of the best minds in journalism today shared how they are adapting to the struggle for sustainability as news goes digital.

The inaugural NewsVision conference was sponsored by The Newspaper Guild and the Knight Center for Specialized Journalism in partnership with the Online News Association. The hottest journalism conference in Washington this spring, it offered critical insights and success stories from leading practitioners of digital news. The conference was organized by the Philip Merrill College of Journalism at the University of Maryland.
